Yealink, a global leader in Unified Communications and Collaboration (UC&C), participated in InfoComm 2025, held from June 11 to June 13 in Orlando, Florida. Under the theme “Innovate Workspaces with AI,” Yealink unveiled a range of next-generation intelligent solutions at its booth, demonstrating how artificial intelligence is transforming collaboration in professional environments.

In this article, we review the key innovations that Yealink presented at InfoComm this year, which are coming soon to TeleDynamics!

AI at the core: unleashing the future of smart workspaces

At the event, Yealink introduced its latest flagship innovations, which reflect a stronger integration of AI in product design, system performance, and user experience.

One of the highlights was the MeetingBar A50, an all-in-one Android video bar designed for medium to large meeting rooms. It integrates a powerful Qualcomm 8550 processor delivering 48 Tops (trillions of operations per second) of AI performance. Its triple-camera system enables intelligent framing and speaker tracking, while its Microsoft Device Ecosystem Platform (MDEP) certification ensures enterprise-grade security and compatibility.

Yealink also debuted the MVC S50, its next-generation Microsoft Teams Room (MTR) conferencing system. Built for smooth and intelligent meeting experiences, the MVC S50 features high-performance processing and adaptive camera technology to ensure optimal framing and automatic view switching. The system includes a unified MeetingDisplay (detailed below) that simplifies coordination across meeting room components. Powered by Qualcomm and Intel, this system was co-engineered by Microsoft and Yealink.

Another major launch was the AV ONE Solution, a comprehensive ProAV system designed for large-scale enterprise rooms. This end-to-end AV platform combines smart automation with native Microsoft Teams integration and centralized device management. AV ONE addresses the needs of complex deployments by streamlining AV configurations and reducing system complexity.

Also revealed was the upgraded MeetingBoard Pro, an interactive collaboration board optimized for hybrid teamwork. It combines touchscreen whiteboarding, multi-platform support, and intelligent inking in a single all-in-one device. Its modern design makes it a versatile centerpiece for brainstorming sessions, virtual meetings, and content sharing in professional spaces.

Finally, Yealink introduced the MeetingDisplay, a unified display system built to simplify MTR deployments. It integrates digital signage, signal switching, and room control into one screen, offering a clean and efficient solution for room installations. The device supports one-touch configuration and is fully manageable via the Yealink Management Cloud Service (YMCS).

Hands-on engagement and global reach

Visitors to the Yealink booth enjoyed hands-on demos focused on real-world applications such as hybrid meetings, remote collaboration, and smart AV environments. Guided booth tours led by Yealink engineers provided attendees with an in-depth look at personalized workspace solutions. A live product launch event also took place, encouraging active audience participation both onsite and through a dedicated livestream for global viewers.

Dawson Cai, VP of Product at Yealink, said, “AI 3.0 empowers people to work together more naturally, no matter the time or place. Our 2025 lineup reflects a bold leap forward in intelligent collaboration, ensuring seamless, secure, and future-ready workspaces for organizations of all sizes.”

Driving global innovation with scalable AI

With a customer base that includes the world’s leading companies, Yealink continues to scale its UC&C solutions globally. All newly released Android-based products have earned MDEP certification, highlighting Yealink’s ongoing commitment to enterprise-grade data security and ecosystem compatibility.

As Yealink expands its investment in AI research and development, its growing partnerships with major global tech players will continue to fuel innovation to deliver smarter, more secure, and more customizable collaboration experiences worldwide.
