Yealink makes the choice for IP conference phones simpler with CP920

Posted by TeleDynamics on Sep 20, 2017 3:48:00 PM

IP telephony and its related technologies have matured over the past decade. As competition grows among IP telephony vendors, product designers are packing more options, functionality, and bells and whistles into their products. This sometimes results in making IP telephones and their accessories more complicated to operate.

Yealink seems to have cut through the hype of multi-functional devices by designing and offering a simple, intuitive and easy-to-use device that performs specific and specialized functions, and performs them flawlessly. This is definitely the case with Yealink’s new CP920 touch-sensitive HD IP Conference Phone.

Posted by TeleDynamics on Aug 30, 2017 3:54:00 PM

How often have you led or participated in a conference call where a technician had to come in to set up the call or troubleshoot? Complement your telecommunications experience with Skype

Posted by Daniel Noworatzky on Jul 19, 2017 3:53:00 PM

In today’s connected world, it is increasingly common to have workers in different parts of the country, or even different parts of the world, collaborating over the multiple communications channels available to them. Many remote workers use OTT services like Skype to keep in touch with their clients, partners and customers in situations where a telephone call (even over VoIP) would incur a non-trivial cost.

Such calls usually require the use of a computer with a webcam and either a headset or speakers and a microphone. This makes Skype calling more complex than a simple telephone call. Skype-enabled telephony devices remove this complexity by integrating the application with the endpoint, so communicating over Skype becomes as simple as a traditional telephone call. By enabling Skype, these devices also make more features available to the user like instant messaging, presence technology, and file sharing.

In this article we list some productivity-boosting Skype- and Skype for Business-enabled products.
