
The Yeastar USA Partner Event 2025 took place on Friday, September 26, at the Omni PGA Frisco Resort & Spa in Frisco, Texas, marking the third USA Partner Event in Yeastar’s history. Following successful editions in 2017 and 2019, this year’s gathering brought together approximately 50 channel partners and technology collaborators for a full day of connection, learning, and recognition under the theme, White Label, Seats (Cloud) Growth, and Stronger Partnerships.

Opening session: strategy, innovation, and the road ahead
The day began with registration and networking, setting the stage for a lively and engaging event. During the Product Launch and Industry Insights session, Yeastar's Arya Zhou (Head of Global Sales), Kevin Huang (Regional Sales Director, USA), and Gavin Chen (Presales Supervisor) shared the latest updates on Yeastar’s expanding product portfolio, business roadmap, and strategic outlook. Attendees gained first-hand insights into Yeastar’s direction for the coming year, focused on empowering partners with flexible UC solutions, deepening integrations, and unlocking new opportunities for business growth.
Recognizing excellence across the partner network
A highlight of the morning was the awards ceremony, where Yeastar recognized outstanding partners for their exceptional performance and contributions to the Yeastar ecosystem. Honors were presented across three categories:
- Yeastar Anchored Collaboration Award
- Yeastar Rising Star Partner Award
- Yeastar Long-Standing Partnership Award
Each award celebrated a unique aspect of partnership success, from innovation and growth to enduring collaboration and loyalty.
Collaboration in action: technology partner sessions
After a buffet lunch, the afternoon turned toward collaboration and technology insights. Five of Yeastar’s technology partners — Poly, Rev.io, Clearfly, TigerTMS, and IZT — took the stage to deliver presentations that highlighted their areas of expertise across CRM, billing, IP phones, SIP trunking, and more. The sessions demonstrated how these complementary technologies integrate within the broader unified communications ecosystem, driving value and innovation for partners and end customers alike.

Partner case studies and success stories
Yeastar also spotlighted real-world success stories from within its partner network. One case study in particular showcased a partner’s migration from other platforms to Yeastar, a move that not only drove measurable business growth but also resulted in strong customer satisfaction and positive feedback.
